Dear Maple Shade Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Would like to know if their were any permits that were previously obtained for home located at 105 Stiles Ave. , Maple Shade, NJ. for any type of construction work (such as electrical, building, hvac, plumbing permits etc.) that may have been done. I am requesting this on behalf of prospective new home owner who plans on settling in home in January.

The construction department does not show any permits on their system for 105 Stiles Avenue Maple Shade.
