The Sussex County Sheriff's Office received your OPRA request regarding our participation in the 1033 Program by email today, Monday, October 1, 2018. Your request was assigned OPRA #261. Thank you for your clarification regarding your request.
The Sussex County Sheriff's Office has no records responsive to your request. The Sussex County Sheriff's Office does not participate in the 1033 Program. The Sussex County Sheriff's Office has not gotten any equipment since 2015 nor do we have any policies regarding the 1033 Program.
