The tax assessor has just clarified with me that the Township does not own Lot 14. Union Mill LLC owns both lots 12.01 and 14. Lot 12.01 will be removed from the open space list.

Hello again Mr. Schroeder,
I spoke with the tax assessor and can now clarify the lots in question. The home on Block 1003 Lot 12.01, 1021 Union Mill Rd. is a residential home on a residential lot owned by Union Mill LLC. This lot is shown as open space on our open space map because the list has not been updated since the deed change in 2021. Block 1003 Lots 12, 13 and 14 are open space and will show as such on the open space map once it is updated.

Thank you. I see the confusion now. The township tax assessor is out of the office until this afternoon. I will figure this out with him and get back to you.
Our tax records show Lot 14 as an additional lot to lot 12.01. Which as far as I can tell is where the issue lies.
