Dear Washington Township (Gloucester),
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Dear Washington Township (Gloucester),
The buyer agent asked me to request a rush on this if possible. The buyer only has a few days to decide if they want to move forward with buying the home, and the home inspection found evidence that there may have been an underground oil tank. They want to make sure the tank has been removed and we just need evidence through the permits that it has been removed (or not). Thanks so much!

Hello,
We received an email from the township stating there was open permits when the CO inspection was done. I sent the email to the sellers and they said that was sent in error and the township confirmed there are no open permits. They were also issued the CO. Can you please send confirmation that there are no open permits currently on the property? This is way past the time allowed by law from when I first put the request in, so I would appreciate an answer in the next day or so.
