Any construction-related questions should be posed to the township's construction office. We are a shared service with Upper Deerfield Township's Construction Office. Their phone number is: (856) 455-9591.
Deerfield Township is not in the Pinelands.

Mr. Bauer also confirmed for you that Block 35, Lot 8 is an R3 Zone. The only way to determine wetlands is via a Letter of Interpretation from DEP and you or your client would have to make the application. As to your inquiry as to permits, and for future reference, you need to be more specific: The year you are looking for, what type of "permit" - housing, construction, health, etc. I can tell you that as of March 3, 2021 Deerfield Township does not maintain any construction permits for Block 35, Lot 8.
